We Got Next documents the rise of the Animated Beat Mechanics as told by the crews members. Each member has his/her own section featuring individual dance footage along with voice-over comments from the crew. There is also battle footage accompanied by the crew talking about what battling is like for them. Every member of this crew is extremely talented and it is interesting getting to know the Animated Beat Mechanics.
The video only takes up about half of the screen due to very thick borders on the top and bottom of the image. Also, there is no chapter menu for ease of navigation. These things aside, I thought the commentary integration with the dance footage was well done, and the movie was soundly edited together. If you are into popping, especially boogaloo, check out this flick. I enjoyed this movie because everyone in the crew is honest and has intelligent things to say.
